How we approach the work
Consulting has a reputation for producing thick documents that change nothing. We work the other way around: understand the business properly, recommend the smallest number of changes that will actually move the needle, and then help implement them.
That means we will sometimes tell a prospective client that they do not need us, or that the problem they described is not the problem they have. We would rather do that at the enquiry stage than three invoices in.
We are deliberately small. Clients deal directly with the person delivering their engagement, and every piece of work is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts.

Deliverables, exclusions, timeframes and fees are agreed in writing before commencement.
Plain language
Recommendations are written so the business owner can act on them without a translator.
Honest limits
We say when something falls outside our expertise or requires a licensed professional.
